The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Jen, Christine, and Yola. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from the cathedral, museum, and shops. Our spacious bedroom was comfortable and the lounge area was cozy with plenty of sofas. We enjoyed delicious sandwiches and scones in the lounge. The hotel also offered free secure parking, which was a plus. The hot buffet style full English breakfast was tasty and satisfying.
Almost perfect. The only downside was that our bedroom was uncomfortably hot.
